Many of our Clients tell us how thankful they are that our service has enabled them to stay in their own homes and we attribute this success to dedicating time and effort into the drafting of a care plan that truly reflects the physical, social and emotional needs and wishes of our clients. By doing this, our Carers are able to deliver an exacting service which reaches, and often surpasses the expectations of our clients and their families.

Live In Care is exactly as it sounds, a Carer quite literally lives in the client’s home for a period of time. We will visit the client at home to answer any questions he/she and their family may have. Whilst there we discreetly and unobtrusively ascertain the level of care needed and listen to the express wishes of the client. We then develop a detailed care plan from which our Carer is able to work from. This is by no means fixed in stone and may change as often as the client likes, but ensures that all involved, from family members, carers, other healthcare professionals (if involved) and of course our client, are able to work together to achieve the best possible outcome. 

Our team of Carers support people in all aspects of their day to day living, helping to maintain independence, mobility and quality of life. We assist with day to day tasks such as getting up/going to bed, bathing and hygiene, dressing/undressing, continence management, medication assistance, shopping,  meal preparation and nutritional needs, laundry, housekeeping, personal grooming and beauty, accompaniment to special occasions and appointments companionship to name but a few. 

Our Younger Adults care packages are a full-time solution for those between the ages of 18 and 65 who live with all manner of conditions on a daily basis. Our carers live with you in your accommodation (be it home/university or other), which enables them to be on hand when you need them. There is no fixed timetable, you are free to adapt your care plan as you see fit and your carer will accommodate your wishes whilst also ensuring your and his/her safety as best they can.
